The Residences

Birge House Apartments offers affordable, large, comfortable one-bedroom apartments in an 8-story building that's located in the wonderfully unique University Heights neighborhood. There are just four apartments on each floor, allowing for a quiet, private living experience.

Each apartment includes a twin bed, dresser, love seat, arm chair and an end table set. Kitchens include a refrigerator, stove and breakfast bar with bar stools. There is laundry on site and off-street parking is available but not included.
