Apartments for Large Groups

Steve Brown Apartments is well equipped to help your group find the perfect large-scale housing solution. For the best availability, we encourage you to begin shopping early. In the past we've housed entire fraternities and sororities, visting theatre groups, visiting student programs, and athletic groups. Summer Conference Housing

The Regent and Lucky can provide you with the perfect housing solution for your summer camp or conference. No group is too small, and we can accommodate up to 850 guests in a single location. Youth and adult groups are welcome.

Our apartments include full kitchens, desks and desk chairs, dressers or shelving, single beds (linens are not provided), living room furniture, in-unit bathrooms, and air conditioning.

Daily housekeeping and meal services are available upon request.

All locations have full 24/7 front desk service, and our staff will handle your room assignments and facilitate your group's arrival and departure. Community lounges, vending, laundry rooms, elevators, outdoor seating and recreation areas, and parking are all available. The Regent's parking lot can accommodate large buses.
