The Apartments

There are three levels of design finishes to choose from:

• Urban: New kitchens with breakfast bars, maple cabinets, new appliances, including microwave, and wood floors. Bathrooms have nickel fixtures, new vanities and ceramic tile flooring. Plus, soothing mint walls and new carpet.
• Contemporary: Kitchens with oak cabinets and trim, with newer appliances, crisp white walls, tile floors, berber carpet and pass-through kitchens.
• Basic: affordable apartments with few updates.

These conveniences are included in your apartment:

• Comfortably furnished with a twin bed, dresser, futon sofa and 3 piece table set.
• Full kitchens include a refrigerator, stove with range hood, and a garbage disposal
• One bedroom apartments include ceiling fans, a dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar
• Wall unit air conditioning
• Shelving units in some apartments
• Private balcony, many have great views of the city
• The community offers a computer lab, 24-hour fitness center, a common lounge with a large-screen television, and a common patio
• The laundry room uses an online monitoring system that allows you to check machine availability, monitor your laundry's progress and receive an email or text message when your laundry is done
• Gated surface lot parking or underground parking is generally available for lease.
