

The Concierge Attendant at Steve Brown Apartments is considered a member of the concierge team at our Lucky Apartment Community located in the heart of downtown Madison. The Concierge Attendant supports and assists the Concierge Manager in planning and implementing the everyday operation of the Concierge Desk. The Concierge Attendant is instrumental in creating the luxury environment of Lucky and executing service that is second to none by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, building relationships, and creating memories.
Hours of work: Full-time (40wk). 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. Must be available to work some weekend shifts.
Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred. Previous front desk, reception, and/or hotel experience. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service is a must.
Duties: The Concierge Attendant is instrumental in creating the luxury environment at SBA's flagship property, Lucky, and executing service that is second to non by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, building relationships, and creating memories for our customers. The Concierge Attendant is responsible for communicating directly with residents, visitors and their families, both in person and by telephone. Must be knowledgeable of Lucky and the surrounding area in order to provide valuable information regarding facilities and services, events and attractions, travel routes, transportation schedules, etc. Schedule appointments, book flights, or make reservations on behalf of the resident. Operate a cash register, sell goods and services while providing accurate money handling. Submit maintenance requests and ensure the safety of the residents and building.

Hours of Work: Full-time (40wk). Working Sunday through Thursday, and some Saturdays as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred. Previous leasing and/or property management experience is a plus. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service is a must.
Duties:The Resident Relations Coordinator works with prospective clients from start to finish: responding to sales inquiries via phone and email, showing apartments, renting apartments and parking spaces, approving rental applications, serving as the customer service representative for current residents, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention, assisting in the collection of rent, assisting in property inspections, creating and updating market surveys.

Steve Brown Apartments is looking for a skilled, hardworking, reliable, customer service focused, maintenance technician to join our Maintenance team.
Hours of Work: Full-time (40wk). Working Mon-Fri, and some Saturdays as needed.
Qualifications: Technician must hold a valid drivers license. Previous experience and technical certifications preferred. Ability provide excellent customer service.
Duties: The Maintenance Technician position at Steve Brown Apartments is considered an integral part of the Steve Brown Apartments Team. As such, he/she works closely with management and Leasing Agents to insure timely and effective maintenance for Steve Brown Apartments residents. The position is extremely valuable in terms of technical skill and direct customer service. Maintenance Technicians must be friendly, courteous and professional when making contact with residents. Technician must hold a valid drivers license.
Responsibilities: Perform routine, preventive and emergency maintenance on assigned buildings and when work orders are received. Perform emergency maintenance on any property when on call for Steve Brown Apartments. During turnover and when assigned projects, perform preventative maintenance on properties. Perform remodeling and rehabilitation for properties as directed by the Community Manager. Fulfill fire and city inspection work orders in a timely fashion, assuring that all properties covered by the Technician are up to code. When the schedule dictates, be the on-call Maintenance Technician and respond to emergency calls in a timely fashion. This may include nights and weekends. Distribute and allocate furniture to the proper properties. Assist with snow removal.
