Request Maintenance

If this is not an emergency, please use your Online Resident Portal to submit your maintenance request. You can also call our offices at 608-255-7100.

If this is an emergency (see below), please call us at 608-255-7100 immediately. If the office is closed, you can reach us through our 24/7 emergency answering service at 608-283-3133.

Emergency Conditions

  • No hot water
  • No heat (September to May)
  • No air conditioning (April to September, temperature over 90)
  • Water leaks/flooding (dripping faucets are not considered an emergency)
  • Air conditioning leak
  • Broken toilet (in one bathroom units)
  • Broken or inoperable door lock
  • Refrigerator not cooling
  • Garbage disposal causing kitchen sink clog
  • Anything that may cause harm or injury to a resident
  • Natural gas leaks (call your local utility company)
  • Fire or smoke of any sort

We will respond to your work order request as soon as possible, generally within 48-hours.
