We're excited to have you as a new resident! The move in information you need is listed below. If you have any questions after reviewing this information, please call our offices at 608-255-7100. Keep in mind that you are not required to move in to your apartment on the lease start date. Move-in can occur as late into your lease term as you would like.

When Do I Move In?

Madison West, Oregon, Stoughton & Waterloo:
Move-in begins on the start date listed on your lease, starting at noon.
Please email us with your arrival time so we can have your keys ready.
University Heights: Move-in begins on Wednesday, August 15th, 2012* at 8 a.m.

Lucky: Lucky has multiple move in days during the last two weeks of August.*

No appointment is needed. Please email us with your arrival time if after 5 p.m.
The Regent: Standard move in begins Friday, August 31st, 2012* at 8 a.m.

Highlander House: Standard move in begins Friday, August 31st, 2012* at 8 a.m.
No appointment is needed. Please email us with your arrival time if after 5 p.m.
