Also, if you plan to vacate your apartment early please let us know so we can collect the keys from your apartment.
Security deposits are postmarked for return within 21 days of the last day of your lease. The amount returned will be the original deposit, minus past due balances, and minus move out or damage fees. We will invoice you if the charges are higher than the deposit. A complete list of fee amounts is found on the NSRP in your lease documents.
Security deposits for joint leases are returned to the one person you chose to list as such on your lease. To change the desginee, please email us here. The request must be in writing and all lease holders must individually write that they agree to the change.
Avoid lock change fees! Remember to return all original door, mailbox, garage and storage keys and garage door openers by noon on the date indicated above. Key copies made by a third party are not permitted and will require a lock change to help safeguard the incoming residents.
Avoid cleaning fees! Use these check lists to make sure your apartment is left in the best condition possible. Pay it forward for the incoming residents and hopefully you'll experience the same kindness at your new place.

These are the final deadlines for vacating your apartment. Check out appointments are optional. Please leave your door keys, key fobs, mailbox keys, garage openers, parking passes, laundry cards, PR-Cards, etc. on your kitchen counter when you leave. You do not need to bring these items to our offices.
