Downtown Parking Space Rentals

Steve Brown Apartments rents downtown parking spaces to our residents, businesses and individuals. We offer garage, covered, gated surface lot and surface lot parking. Lease terms are flexible. If you are looking for downtown parking please call us at 608.255.7100.

Community Guidelines

Parking Downtown:
Off-street parking is included at many of our downtown and campus apartments. You may also rent reserved, surface lot and garage rental spaces throughout the downtown area. Click here to see which spaces are currently available.

Parking at The Brownstone:
Each apartment includes one assigned underground parking stall and permit free surface lot parking is available on the west side of the building. Additional underground parking stalls may be available for $50/month. There are also over 25 free bicycle stalls available.

Parking at Yorktown, Meadowbrook and Burntwoods Apartments:
Each apartment has its own private garage to store your cars or belongings. If you are in need of additional parking there are surface stalls available around the property.

Parking at Whitcomb, Woodland Village and Walnut Street Apartments:
Off-street, surface lot parking is available for each unit. Garage parking is available to rent at Walnut Street Apartments.
