Residents at the Regent can choose to live in their own private studio, in a standard two-bedroom apartment, or they can share a suite-style unit with two other roommates. We do offer roommate matching for those who are interested.

This property also is home to eight Community Assistants. The mission of our Community Assistants is to provide support for residents that are new to the area, to provide academic and social support to our residents that are students, and to develop exciting community events for our residents.
