How to Schedule: Call us at 608-255-7100 or use the form below. Appointments are encouraged but not required at Henry Gilman, The Regent, The Brownstone, Yorktown or Walnut Street/Perry Parkway. These properties have open models during office hours and walk-in's are also welcome.

Required Notice: When visiting any of our other properties, please allow us time to provide our current residentswith 24-hours notice.

Timing: Showings last about 30 minutes and can cover three or four apartments in the same general area. If you wish to see more than four apartments, or to look at apartments in different areas, we may need to schedule a second appointment.

Assistance: If you need accommodation during the showing process because of a disability, it is available upon request. The company is pleased to provide such assistance, and no applicant will be denied occupancy as a result of such a request.
